Job Summary

About this Role
Are you an experienced Facilities Coordinator or skilled administrator with a background in facilities or property management Based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes youll play a key role in helping Dawsongroup operate safe smooth and efficient workspaces. Working closely with the Group Facilities Manager youll support both building operations and people across the business.

  • Supervise planned and reactive maintenance and keep our contractors on track.
  • Monitor site safety review RAMS and permits and help ensure compliance across systems.
  • Oversee the CAFM helpdesk system and manage building services contractors.
  • Take ownership of purchase orders invoicing and supporting reports for audits and tenders.
  • Support the reception and post room team during holidays or busy periods.

About You
Were looking for someone with excellent admin skills a strong grasp of building safety and confidence managing contractors. If youve had experience in facilities estates or office management this role could be your ideal next step.

  • Around 3 years experience in a facilities or workplace environment.
  • Confident working with maintenance schedules compliance checks and basic health and safety tasks.
  • Skilled user of Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with CAFM or similar systems.
  • Calm organised and proactive able to juggle priorities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Someone whos ready to step up when needed and contribute across multiple teams.
