Job Summary
We are seeking junior to mid-level Employee Benefits/ERISA lawyers to work hybrid or remotely with our clients in the financial services luxury retail food/beverage technology and life sciences industries.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of three years of experience specializing in ERISA and employee benefits law.
- Experience with ERISA plan governance requirements.
- Strong understanding of ERISA the Affordable Care Act (ACA) COBRA HIPAA and other relevant federal and state regulations.
- Experience reviewing M&A due diligence.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least three years of relevant legal practice experience in employee benefits law.
- License in good standing to practice law in the jurisdiction in which you intend to practice.
- Efficient multitasker combined with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
- Excellent analytical drafting and negotiation skills.
- Positive mentality and willingness to tackle new and ever-changing business needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
Compensation Benefits & Location:
This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $120000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits 401K and more.
