Procurement Agent Multi Level (Mid Level-Experienced)

Company:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Procurement Agent Level 2 or 3 to support the International Strategic Sourcing Team based out of Hazelwood MO.

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
• Supports sourcing strategies negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
• Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5 years experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word
• 3 years experience drafting negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
• 3 years experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions
• Fluent in both verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelors degree or higher preferred but not required
• 3 years experience functioning in a cross-functional environment
• 3 years experience working with Supplier Management Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
• 3 years experience managing supplier relationships strategic partnerships and supplier performance
