EY GDS Poland is part of a global network dedicated to integrated service delivery. We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to support our GDS Consulting team.

The opportunity

As a Senior Operations Specialist you will play a pivotal role in analytics and KPI tracking contributing to various operational functions across the organization. This is your chance to gain invaluable insights into the operations of a consultancy and help shape its future.

Your key responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by supporting KPIs in business delivery learning and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation that add value for stakeholders.
• Conduct regular analyses of budgets productivity and utilization along with ad hoc assessments to meet business needs.
• Collaborate on the budgeting process by developing the Market Leadership Plan for headcount and utilization targets.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to consulting teams and leadership providing timely reports presentations and insights.
• Work cross-functionally with HR Recruitment Finance and other departments to streamline processes and resolve challenges.
• Prepare and quality-check reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive process documentation for future reference.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• A client-centric mindset with a sense of urgency in addressing requests.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Ideally youll also have

• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in Polish.
