Our client a leading international bank is seeking an experienced Senior Programme and Project Services Manager in Krakow. This is an excellent contract opportunity for you to join a global team. You will help shape and implement strategic change across the organisation.

Position Overview

In this role you will be central to the success of large-scale transformation programmes. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your work will support business strategy regulatory compliance and process transformation globally.

Responsibilities

Ensure project teams adhere to the global change framework.
Control programme progress and performance against key milestones.
Anticipate manage and mitigate programme risks and issues.
Support the development of clear and effective project plans.
Manage all programme and project closure activities.
Oversee the resource management process including team onboarding.

Requirements

10 years of professional experience.
At least 3 years in a programme or project management role.
Experience with complex multi-country transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Experience leading meetings via video or teleconference.
PMP or MSP certification is a plus.
Experience leading a PMO unit is an advantage.
