Our client a leading international bank is seeking an experienced Senior Programme and Project Services Manager in Krakow. This is an excellent contract opportunity for you to join a global team. You will help shape and implement strategic change across the organisation.
Position Overview
In this role you will be central to the success of large-scale transformation programmes. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your work will support business strategy regulatory compliance and process transformation globally.
Responsibilities
- Ensure project teams adhere to the global change framework.
- Control programme progress and performance against key milestones.
- Anticipate manage and mitigate programme risks and issues.
- Support the development of clear and effective project plans.
- Manage all programme and project closure activities.
- Oversee the resource management process including team onboarding.
Requirements
- 10 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years in a programme or project management role.
- Experience with complex multi-country transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Experience leading meetings via video or teleconference.
- PMP or MSP certification is a plus.
- Experience leading a PMO unit is an advantage.
