The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Associate to join a dynamic growing team in Dublin. You will be involved in a wide range of high-profile commercial disputes including financial services litigation insolvency and restructuring property disputes regulatory investigations and construction litigation. The Role
As a Dispute Resolution Associate you will:
Advise clients on commercial litigation matters focusing on financial services insolvency property disputes and regulatory investigations.
Take an active role in client-facing interactions providing timely commercial advice and overseeing a broad range of matters.
Work with domestic and international clients to manage high-value high-profile disputes.
Develop your skills through exposure to challenging and complex cases.
Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the firms growth.
The Person
Were looking for someone who:
Has 3-5 years PQE in commercial litigation (ideally from a large domestic or international law firm in Dublin).
Has exceptional drafting and technical skills with the ability to manage a wide range of litigation matters.
Is client-facing with strong communication skills and a sense of urgency in providing advice.
Has a strong academic background and a passion for developing expertise in dispute resolution.
Demonstrates attention to detail excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
