Quantitative data analyst with a background in financial and risk management needed

Using your data skills and financial risk management knowledge and experience youll analyze the credit risk and capital requirements of FCCs portfolio and provide solid business rationale to solve complex problems. Youll perform comprehensive risk management including assessing capital and allowance as well as managing and interpreting complex credit risk and capital models.

With your excellent communication skills youll play a key role on the team responsible for translating technical data and modelling results into clear actionable insights that help ensure financial stability and support strategic decision-making.

What youll do

Understand structure and utilize data and model outputs
Monitor key organizational financial and risk indicators
Perform trend and variance analysis
Create reports and communicate results to support decision-making
Scrutinize data and financial results with analytical tools and/or programming languages
Analyze data assess data quality and effectively collaborate with technology partners to remediate data concerns
Evolve capital allowance and risk management processes to align with strategic organizational change while continuing to identify opportunities for process efficiency and effectiveness

What youll need

A bachelors degree in agriculture finance business economics mathematics statistics or computer science and at least three years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Advanced working knowledge of data programming languages data manipulation techniques and data visualization and reporting
Proven expertise in financial and risk management
Proven communication and reporting skills both written and oral
