The Operations GBS unit will drive executional excellence and efficiency by focusing on all operations-related activities including execution of marketed brands operations of medical affairs omnichannel operations commercial analytics operational communications customer fulfilment within commercial supply chain and sustainability.

The position

As an AEM - CMS Lead/ Associate Manager you will:

• Demonstrate deep technical expertise in the AEM ecosystem including AEM Sites Assets and Forms. Lead and mentor a team of AEM Content Authors providing guidance and support.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AEM projects ensuring adherence to timelines quality standards and project objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate Figma designs into fully functional web pages.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers backend developers and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AEM solutions.
• Stay updated with industry best practices AEM updates and emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption within the team.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• A bachelors / masters degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager including AEM Sites Assets and Forms.
• Proficiency in Java HTL (Sightly) and front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Experience Manager.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies Scrum principles and DevOps practices.
