Digital Product and Program Manager

Purpose of the position:
As the Digital Product and Program Manager you will lead cross-functional teams creating the future of ways of working. Using digital solutions and leveraging best in class productivity tools advanced analytics Wizz Air will make a step change in redefining our internal processes and you will be in the lead of that.
You will be a go to partner for selected business functions (including C-suite leaders) a bridge between Business and Digital. You will align your stakeholders around the product or program vision define the goals roadmap and relentlessly measure outcomes. You have a strong bias for lean optimization and automation. You will partner closely with your fellow Product and Program Managers to ensure intakes are being assessed dependencies and synergies are mapped.
In this role you will be required to master Product and Program Management and tailor the approaches to deliver more value faster. You will apply people change management to ensure adoption of the new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Lead severalcross-functionalteams(includingProduct owners Project Managers Business Analysts)to evaluate internal customer needs existing processes and solutionsidentifyimprovement and value creation areas
- Develop product visionand strategytogether with the business ownersrepresentingDigital visionand architectural guidelines
- Understandbusinessrequirementsand prioritize efforts to create maximum value
- Support business case creation and make sure that the IT resources areallocatedin order tooptimizebusiness benefit
- Responsible for product value delivery and measuring outcomes through Metrics/KPIs
- Manage yearly budget (OPEX CAPEX) planning and resource planning onProduct / Program level
- Manage vendors according to vendor management guidelines
- Lead several projects running in parallel andproactivelycommunicate on all aspects of delivery
- Provide information for management by preparingshort/ long-term forecasts and special reports and analyses
- Control allcostsassociated with activities incl. 3rd party vendors
- Coach team on product and program management techniques and methods(agileor waterfall) according to IT Governance guidelines
- Challenge status quo andproactivelylead improvements in ways of working
- Stay at the forefront of digital technologies trends and find opportunities for innovation and hypotheses on how to drive towards specific business goals
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or Masters Degree
- Fluent in English (C1 and above)
- 3 years in product / program management with proven track record of taking products / digital solutions to market
- Experience in leading projects & programs and delivering products in the Finance area: Treasury Controlling Accounting Accounts Payable and Receivable Tax
- Experience in Lean business process mapping and Agile development practices
- In-depth knowledge of the relationship between business processes and products vision
- CAPEX and OPEX budget ownership and management experience
- Vendor management experience
- Resource management experience
