If so we want to hear from you! We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Hardware Marketing Manager to take our portfolio to the next level
The role is responsible for driving the performance of 2 of our 6 main handset brands.
The indiviual handles end-to-end ownership of vendor management market positioning and coordination of marketing activities across various channels.
Key responsibilities include performance management product marketing competitive analysis and customer experience management within the hardware or telecommunications sector.
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for 2 of our handset brands.
- Manage vendor relationships ensuring alignment with business goals and product positioning.
- Oversee pre-sales and post-sales operations to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor and management Hardware Revenue of 2 handset brands
Marketing Coordination
- Go-to-Market lead for assigned brands to execute key launches and sustenance campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive marketing communications channel marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
- Lead in-base upsell and cross-sell campaigns to maximize revenue opportunities.
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to maintain market competitiveness.
- Provide insights on pricing product positioning and customer preferences to inform decision-making.
- Conduct regular research and reporting to track industry trends and competitor movements.
Customer Experience & Escalation Management
- Act as the point of contact for customer escalations related to the handset portfolio.
- Work cross-functionally with customer support sales and product teams to resolve product-related issues

Skills for Success
- University Degree preferably in Business Administration
- 5 - 7 years of product marketing experience
- Stong procifiency in in P&L management with track record of driving performance performance
- Good stakeholder Management.
- Strong analytical and attention to details.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel PowerPoint with the ability to craft compelling data-driven stories.
