Job Description:
- Masters degree or higher in EE/CS from a premier institution with academic work focused on Design For Test in advanced technology nodes
- Minimum 3 years experience in working on Yield Improvement techniques for leading System-On-Chip designs.
- Strong proficiency in C and/or Python programming language. Must have demonstrable work experience of implementing solutions in these languages.
- Good familiarity and understanding of the latest algorithms in AI/ML. Implementation experience in AI/ML is highly preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with EDA tools and flows is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills highly essential.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is$101000 - $162000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
