This role is integral to providing exceptional service to the clients by managing group life and medical accounts assisting with renewals and ensuring seamless customer interactions. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $70000 annually based on experience.
- 401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 4% with additional profit sharing at the end of the year.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Assist with renewal overviews including quoting new and renewal business.
- Manage group life and medical accounts (5 to 50 employees).
- Handle tasks such as adding and removing employees from accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Participate in a structured onboarding and training process including EPIC system training.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Life & Accident license required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in benefits administration or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Soft Skills: Strong customer service orientation excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Work Environment: This is an on-site position with no travel required.
