Job DescriptionAs the Director of Ads Analytics youll lead a talented team that turns data into insights powering Best Buy Ads campaigns. Youll shape how we measure success optimize performance and show value to our clients. This role is hybrid which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield Minnesota and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What youll do- Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team
- Drive innovation in measurement strategies and tools
- Partner with Sales Product and Data Science to align analytics with campaign goals
- Oversee delivery of client-facing insights and performance reporting
- Represent Ads Analytics in leadership forums and cross-functional initiatives
- Build strong client relationships through actionable recommendations
Basic qualifications- 10 years of experience in marketing analytics or marketing measurement
- Experience managing mid-size teams and client-facing engagements
- Strong executive communication and influencing skills
- Familiarity with modern marketing analytics frameworks and tools
- 2 years of people leadership experience
Preferred qualifications- Expertise in MMM MTA A/B testing and incrementality
- Experience with ad agencies and ad-serving platforms
- Knowledge of BigQuery Tableau SQL Python or R
- Proven success leading teams through organizational change
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field
