Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms public areas and back-of-house areas.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotels luxury standards.
• Assist in training coaching and developing housekeeping staff.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Support scheduling and shift assignments according to operational needs.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Handle guest requests feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies safety standards and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Strong multitasking capabilities and excellent time management skills.

Proven team player with leadership ability.

Basic PC skills (email Microsoft Office scheduling tools etc.).

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a diverse environment.

Conversational level of English proficiency.

Business level of Japanese proficiency.

Must possess a valid Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services residence status or be eligible to work in Japan.

• 客室およびパブリックエリアの点検を実施しホテルのラグジュアリースタンダードを満たしていることを確認
• ハウスキーピングスタッフのトレーニング指導育成のサポート
• 在庫管理および清掃用品機材の適切な使用の管理
• 業務状況に応じたスケジュールおよびシフト管理のサポート
• フロントオフィスや他部署と連携しスムーズなゲストサービスを提供
• ゲストからのリクエストやフィードバックへの迅速かつプロフェッショナルな対応
• ホテルポリシー安全基準衛生規定の遵守

応募資格

ラグジュアリーホテルでのハウスキーピング実務経験3年以上

優れたマルチタスク能力およびタイムマネジメントスキル

チームプレイヤーでありリーダーシップを発揮できること

基本的なPCスキルメールMicrosoft Officeスケジューリングツール等

優れたコミュニケーション能力および多様な環境での業務遂行能力

英語日常会話レベル

日本語ビジネスレベル

日本で就労可能な技術人文知識国際業務の在留資格を有していることまたは日本での就労資格を有すること
