Remuneration: $77528 - $85281 (12% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity

The Concierge is the first point of contact for all building occupants at the College as well as operating the Colleges Switchboard. This role is required to provide a high-level customer experience to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for customers to the College.

Please Note: This opportunity will be commencing on the 19th January 2026.



Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact to greeting students staff and contractors to the College issue a lanyard with a pass and ensure a smooth check in process

  • Maintain a strong knowledge and awareness of the building facilities to seamlessly direct customers appropriately

  • Provide information about student programs and enrolment processes to address student queries effectively and direct students to relevant resources and support services as needed.

  • Act as the first point of contact for telephone inquiries and ensure that customer queries are dealt with professionally and courteously

  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across Facilities and Student Services to achieve business unit and organisational objectives.



About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally bring:

  • Extensive experience in front-line customer service and demonstrated enthusiasm for working with and assisting customers

  • Customer service experience within the higher education sector particularly working in international education services

  • Completion of a relevant post-secondary qualification (Certificate)
