Job Description

• Full-Time Remote Role

• Location: Based out of the Rancho Cordova CA office with regular travel to retail stores in the region.

• Compensation:Starting at $70000

You will contribute by:

• Assisting Account Managers in maintaining relationships for assigned accounts and helping to establish and build strong client partnerships.

• Identifying target opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide strategy and proposing solutions to leadership.

• Adhering to training content and transferring knowledge from newly developed and enhanced processes to fellow team members.

• Participating in special projects and programs as needed including information technology projects involving scope specification and integration testing for customer and internal enhancements.

• Working closely with the Companys Customer Service Representatives to troubleshoot and resolve issues within assigned accounts.

• Frequently traveling to retail store locations.

Were searching for candidates with:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.

• Ability to work independently and manage a hybrid schedule of store visits and remote work.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently up to 60%.

• 2-5 years of experience in Retail Grocery or Wholesale Grocery Operations.
