- Display an energetic passionate enthusiastic personality daily and ensure every team member knows the dealerships new and used goals OEM objectives and stairstep objectives
- Monitor your stores inbound internet leads and closing percentages
- Assist the Lead Sales Manager with morning training with the sales team
- Monthly assist the Lead Sales Manager with newly announced incentives and ensure this communication is received by your team
- Close deals at a high profitable level while operating the desk. Evaluate profitability techniques with front and backend
- Ensure 1 on 1 performance reviews are complete for the month by the 5th of every month. Hold accountability with Sales Professionals that are not meeting minimum standards on unit count sales processes and OEM survey scores Document as necessary to continue building a strong team
- Ensure every store process is being followed daily at a high level by all personnel in that store which is mapped out in our Stuckey Playbook. This includes our sales process Stuckey Playcard folder process trade walk-arounds etc.
- Ensure showroom Sales Professionals offices & Sales Managers areas are cleaned daily
- Ensure lot organization and lot cleanliness daily. Ensure all front-line units are moved to the lot nightly
- Assist with your stores new vehicle ordering and ensure we have the highest turning specs always in stock
- Ensure manufacturers surveys and connectivity reports are at a minimum to zone/district standards. This includes NPS OLP SQI StarLink CVP Sync Connect NVO OnStar GMC Rewards. Ensure we obtain all OEM bonus money monthly
- Ensure all Sales Professionals are meeting their minimum standard of Google reviews monthly
- Assist with staffing the correct amount of personnel your store needs including Sales Professionals Sales Assistants Detailing Crew Finance Managers & Trade Coordinators
