- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to screen resumes conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
