JOB OVERVIEW:

HCP Engagement Managed Services -Experienced Associateto Sr.Associate

Preferred Title:HCPEngagementAmbassador

Education/Certifications:Agraduate with relevant experience inlife science meetings & eventspharmaceutical device or healthcare setting working withHCPsHCOsor Patients.

Roles and Responsibilitiesgenerally:Acts as the point of contact for HCPs HCOs patientsand stakeholdersbothpre-and-postengagement providing high-qualityinteractions.Responsibilitiescanincludebut are not limitedto:addressing external expertonboarding challengessupporting the issuance ofcontracts as neededfacilitatingredlinerequests andescalationshandlingcomplexexternal expertinquirieswith a high degree of care andfollow throughsupportinginvoice/paymentqueriesand answering business owner questions.Additionalrole requirements include facilitatingtravel requests andquestions between HCP and travel agency for non-cross-border engagements. This is anexternal expert (HCPHCOand patient)and stakeholder-facing role requiring professionalism service orientation and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • General engagement support:Answer questions and conduct outreach to business owner/stakeholdersor HCPsas needed as it relates to HCP/HCOonboarding activity requestscontractingtravel requirementsinvoicingand payments

  • Contracting:

  • Facilitateoffline HCP/HCO contract execution between HCP/HCO and internal signor

  • Reviewcontractredline requeststo adhere toestablishedstandardsand escalate to Legal for review

  • Conduct outreach to follow up with business owners and/or HCP/HCO for outstanding contracts

  • Facilitate contract amendment requests by liaising with business owners and HCP/HCOs as necessary

  • Travel & Logistics:

  • Address complex HCP/HCO scenarios as it relates to activities contracts travel or payments

  • FacilitateHCP travelrequest submission

  • Communicate HCP travel arrangements to business owners and HCPs

  • Post engagementsupport:

  • Support the reconciliationandrecordation ofHCP logistic expenses in system of recordincluding:

  • Collecting and reconciling activity invoices in system of record;

  • Review and categorize invoice items by spend type and HCP participation;

  • Supportthe transition of engagement to post-engagement team members and addressquestionsrelated toHCP payments ortransfer of value data

Other:

  • Learn and supportadoption of automations andtoolsrelated toHCPHCOorPatientengagement

  • Manage deliverables on or ahead of deadlines and reporting any issues/risks beforehand

  • Any other responsibility that flows naturally and logically to this role

Skills:

  • 5 -9 years of experience withinhealthcareprovider engagements

  • Strong understanding of HCP engagement complianceand regulatory environment bothdomestically and internationally preferably experience withobtaining country or institutional authorizations as applicable.

  • Significant customer service experience with ability to consistently deliver white glove serviceto customers

  • Strong professional communication skills

  • Ability to logically and critically evaluate HCP HCO and Patient engagement and follow process steps applyresearch skillstoidentifyissues and solution challenges for resolution

  • Experiencewithcontractingusing templates and supporting redline requests

  • Familiarity withadvanced Excel HCP engagement software and CRMs

  • Strong English languagespokenreading comprehension and writing skills

  • Self-directed team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and astrong emphasis on qualityaccuracyand accountability.
