The Opportunity
For ourCoreDiagnostics Division CDxwe are looking for an experiencedSales Specialistwilling to join our dynamic team in Czechia as anAmbassador.This is afield-based rolerequiring daily travelling across assigned area (Prague and Central Bohemia).
Main purpose of the role:
- The Ambassador will be the representative of Abbott and the Abbott Diagnostics Division brand to the customer.
- The Ambassador operates as the primaryaccount managementcontact withcustomer account; with a focus to improve economic profitability; increasecustomer loyalty;business retention; and drivevalue expansion.
- This position is a very visible and will influence customer purchase decisions.
- Makes decision on reagent utilization on integrations and troubleshooting product replacement that impacts annual supply budget.
- Considers financial and customer implications as part ofdecision making.
What Youll do:
- Act as trusted partner to existing customers.
- Build promoters and achieve targeted retention rate.
- Manage and drive development of accounts according tostrategic accountplan (i.e.value expansionand economic profitability).
- Coordinate order delivery and billing.
- Be the representative of Abbott and the CDx brand to the customer with emphasis onlaboratory management.
- Interact with Acquisition andSales Specialistteams;Value ExpansionRepresentative; Area/Regional Marketing; Customer Support Center andTechnical Service;Finance.
Required qualifications & background:
- 3 years experience relevant healthcare/salesexperience.
- Knowledge ofdiagnostics equipmentandlocal diagnostics marketis desired.
- Prior proven experience of working within medical environment and building high qualitybusinessrelationships with clients/external partners.
- Ability to travel up to 70% inassigned territory.
- Bachelors degree in Biology Chemistry Biomedical Engineering or Medical TechnologyCommercialis required.
- Demonstratescustomer centricityinnovationadaptability andscheduleflexibility.
- Analyzes discrete issues and provide solutions; Identifies missing information or recognizes underlying issues.
- Very good command ofEnglish andCzechis a must.
