Job Title: Move-In Coordinator
Location: Trinity Oaks Retirement Community
Department: Marketing & Sales
Reports To: Director of Marketing & Sales
Position Summary:
Trinity Oaks Retirement Community is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Move-In Coordinator to join our Marketing & Sales this role youll help new residents transition smoothly by overseeing every part of the move-in process. Youll work closely with different teams to make marketing efforts more effective and provide an outstanding experience to prospective residents.
This role requires strong communication and computer skills. The position is full-time working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with pay up to $25.96 per hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records for future residents and assist them with applications and residency agreements.
- Review financial documents and alert the marketing director to any concerns.
- Safeguard confidential information and ensure records are accurate.
- Support residents in choosing their accommodations and coordinate with maintenance and construction staff.
- Conduct home visits and share informational materials with potential residents.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and manage departmental budget details.
- Efficiently use CRM software to oversee census tracking leads and available residences.
- Organize events presentations and other community functions.
- Help develop the monthly newsletter and keep website and social media updated.
- Positively represent Trinity Oaks Retirement Community within the larger community.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Prior office experience.
- Excellent professionalism interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Comfortable performing mathematical calculations.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based work environment.
- Frequently required to sit stand for extended periods and occasionally climb stairs.
- Some travel may be necessary.
