We are looking for aTreasury Management Sales Consultant in Los Angeles or Irvine CA.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for expanding and building relationships maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by generating managing and servicing the treasury needs of clients.
Drive growth through consultative selling cross-functional collaboration and strategic expansion of existing relationships.
- Track client-related issues to resolution including those handed off to other teams for action and ensure client issues are resolved appropriately and expeditiously.
- Escalate issues as necessary with bankers management and product/vendor management teams.
- Responsible for properly aligning loan clients with treasury products which fit their ongoing needs.
- Identify other client banking needs and partner with key stakeholders on cross sell opportunities.
- Facilitates onboarding of major client relationships or complex industry types.
- Review sales service and implementation processes to recommend process efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelors in business finance or related field and some banking treasury/cash management product sales relationship management lending or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
- Basic knowledge of banking treasury management banking/treasury products and procedures. Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
- Good sales client product and relationship management skills.
- Good influence problem resolution customer service and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively multitask complete assignments and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail.
