We work with leading organizations to assess and enhance their sustainability performance strategy and reporting.
About CCaSS at EY
EYs CCaSS practice is well-established and rapidly growing supporting clients with:
- Sustainability reporting and assurance
- Sustainability advisory
- Climate change and decarbonization
- Digital Sustainability Services
- Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
We are expanding our team to meet increasing demand for high-value independent and trusted advice as our clients transition to a more sustainable economy.
As a member of the CCaSS team you will:
- Help clients identify measure and manage sustainability-related risks and opportunities
- Support ESG due diligence and value creation projects
- Educate clients on regulatory frameworks such as GRI Integrated Reporting (IR) SASB SLFRS S1 & S2 and TCFD Framework
- Assist in implementing non-financial reporting processes and assurance engagements
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across industries
- Develop sustainability strategies and implementation plans
- Contribute to ESG reporting and assurance engagements
- Apply global and local sustainability standards and frameworks
- Analyze sustainability metrics including emissions energy and social impact
Required:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Business Environmental Management/Science
- Understanding of sustainability issues and their business implications
- Strong analytical project management and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel abroad for client engagement and training opportunities
- On-site presence in Colombo Sri Lanka is required.
Preferred:
- Professional qualifications such as CA ACCA or CIMA
- Experience in sustainability reporting or ESG consulting GHG emissions measurement
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a pragmatic approach to client service
