Day-to-Day Responsibilities

We are seeking a temporary addition to reinforce the Payroll team for a period of 1 year. Among your responsibilities we could mention:

  • You ensure that all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
  • You collect calculate and enter data in order to maintain and update payroll information
  • You compile summaries of earnings taxes deductions leave disability and non-taxable wages
  • You calculate employees social security taxes and employers social security
  • You guarantee the execution of salary payments
  • Act as a SPOC for all questions of employees and managers regarding social law salary illness holidays time registration insurances etc.
  • You take into account the monthly and annual requirements vital to achieve a complete and accurate result
  • You maintain payroll operations by following group policies and procedures
  • Follow-up insurance related files: longtime illnesses registrations for group and health insurance
  • Manage complex cases in the time registration system
  • You will report to the Payroll Manager

Who Are We Looking For

  • Higher Degree in HR or related fields
  • Good knowledge of French Dutch and English
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in payroll administration
  • Strong knowledge of national social security regulations and payroll practices
  • Proficient with time registration systems and payroll softwares
  • Analytical mindset and problem solver ability to handle complex time-registration cases and data integrity issues
  • Ability to deal with demanding stakeholders and employees acting as SPOC for payroll topics explaining payroll policies to non-experts; solid communication skills.
