Shift: Part Time 2:30p-11p & 10:30p7a Full Time 6:30a-3p & 10:30p-7a
Pay: $27$32/hour shift differential

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care and monitor resident health
- Administer medications and treatments
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
- Communicate with residents families and healthcare professionals

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
- Proficiency in electronic health records and medication software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate detail-oriented and adaptable
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
