Commercial Manager

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Milton Keynes & remote (hybrid)

Rate: 550 per day

IR35 Status: Inside

Start: ASAP

A Commercial Manager is required for our Government Client to undertake all aspects of their office tender process. You will provide a professional procurement service across a diverse range of categories

For this role we require candidates with extensive experience in developing public sector commercial and procurement documentation.

You will also be required to possess a working knowledge of PCR and DSPCR (Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations)

You will lead on the preparation of tender and contract documentation analysis and evaluation of submissions and negotiations with suppliers.

Also proficient in procurement processes including drafting ITT documentation FTS notices and SQs.

Desirable would be any experience of MoD operational and procurement processes.

Also to be MCIPS qualified or working towards this.
