COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER
WIMBLEDON
HYBRID WORKING
As our Commercial Finance Manager you will play a key role in supporting the Consumer Beauty Finance Director transforming the shape of the Consumer Beauty Division.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You are key in reporting the financial performance for all our Consumer Beauty Brands. You will help in providing information to the Finance Director on impact of mix and managing brand specific investments (A&CP (Marketing Spend) & Capital). The role owns the financial relationship with the Brand Marketing Managers to plan and monitor brand level budgets.
Your main focus :
- Own management of all A&CP (Marketing) spend for the Division.
- Play a key role in the overall Consumer Beauty P&L preparation and performance for the Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly re-forecasts.
- Conducting product mix and profitability analysis of key brands (down to Product Contribution) with recommendations on how to fix bleeders and to strategically grow the most profitable products categories and brands.
- Return on Investment (ROI): Drive local marketing spending ROI and Promotional ROI insights incorporating product mix & structural profitability analyses (including COGS impact).
- New Product Development (NPD) Review: Support on the initiative reviews financial delivery and tracking including COGS. Track and analyse the delivery of NPD delivery for the Division

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to act proactively and have a solution-oriented attitude. As a Commercial Finance Manager you have good commercial acumen with strong financial leadership skills and you get energy from working in a fast-paced diverse and international environment. Other than that you:
- CIMA or ACCA qualified (happy to consider those newly qualified)
- PowerBi experience is a plus
- High level of mental agility being able to connect the dots.
- Ability to act and operate independently with direction from Management.
- Excellent analytical skills and able to sort through complex data sets incl. their interpretation.
- High standards of accuracy and precision; operational discipline; ability to deliver against tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal collaboration skills ability to think creatively highly driven and self-motivated.
