What Youll Do
Manage a high-volume caregiver recruiting pipeline
Source screen and interview candidates quickly and professionally
Build weekly recruiting strategies and adjust based on results
Maintain high engagement with applicants through text phone and email
Prepare candidates for orientation hiring and onboarding
Keep organized documentation and ensure compliance
Collaborate with operations to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
Interact confidently with caregivers clients and internal staff

Qualifications
Recruiting customer service scheduling sales or operations experience
Experience in home care or healthcare a plus but not required
Strong communication and people skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Tech/computer proficiency (Outlook Excel Teams; WellSky a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-accountability environment
Reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
$22$26/hr depending on experience
