Schedules:
- Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Sydney Time) with a 1-hour unpaid break.
Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin & Compliance Officer to provide comprehensive administrative documentation and compliance support across all regions. This role focuses on maintaining accurate client and staff records supporting onboarding/offboarding processes coordinating documentation with families and coordinators and ensuring the organisation is audit-ready at all times. You will work closely with the Workforce Operations Coordinator (Operations/HR/Rostering) to maintain strong internal controls and smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build organise and maintain complete and accurate client files
- Follow up on missing documents to ensure compliance and audit readiness
- Support staff onboarding and offboarding including digital file updates and compliance tracking
- Perform data entry quality checks and documentation reviews for accuracy
- Set up client intake information and ensure all administrative requirements are completed
- Liaise with coordinators families and internal staff regarding documentation and admin needs
- Assist with internal audits and maintain digital record-keeping standards
- Collaborate closely with the Workforce Operations Coordinator for cross-functional compliance need
Requirements
- Experience in administrative compliance or quality assurance roles (NDIS/health sector preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organise high volumes of data and manage deadlines
- Familiarity with digital record-keeping systems and audit processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced service-driven environment
