This includes activities such as employee onboarding offboarding payroll and benefits administration absence management employee record-keeping compliance with labour laws and regulations and managing employee inquiries and issues. The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Human Capital Operations team you will manage employee data and facilitate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. This role offers a unique chance to build meaningful client connections and enhance your personal brand within a dynamic and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee data throughout onboarding processes
- Facilitate thorough onboarding activities for new hires

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management Psychology Business Administration
- 1 year of experience in an HR onboarding role
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
