Job description:
Title: Project Engineer Aluminium Formwork (Civil Senior to Site Engineer) Location: Mohali PunjabCTC: 1L/month
About the Role:
Lead project execution and technical oversight for independent-floor residential projects in Mohali. This is a senior technical position for experienced candidates with proven expertise in aluminium formwork systems and project management. Senior to Site Engineer role with direct reporting to Project Manager responsible for technical planning execution coordination and quality assurance.
Responsibilities: -
- Oversee aluminium formwork installation dismantling and construction execution.
- Coordinate with architects consultants engineers and subcontractors.
- Plan schedule and monitor project activities timelines and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications safety standards and quality norms.
- Supervise site engineers and technical staff.
- Prepare technical reports progress updates and documentation.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Monitor material consumption wastage control and cost optimization.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Liaise with clients vendors and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
- in Civil Engineering.
- 10 years of project execution experience.
- Strong expertise with aluminium formwork systems (MIVAN preferred).
- Experience in residential/commercial construction projects.
- Proficiency in project planning software and AutoCAD.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes safety regulations and quality standards.
- Experience in Stilt4 or similar multi-story construction.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
