Job Title: Store Keeper

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Store Keeper to manage all on-site store operations at our Ghaziabad project. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills knowledge of construction materials and hands-on experience in inventory and stock management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the store inventory ensuring proper storage and cleanliness.
- Receive check and record all incoming materials tools and equipment.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain daily stock registers (manual and digital) with accuracy.
- Verify material quantity and quality as per delivery challans and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for material requirements and shortages.
- Keep track of fast-moving slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
- Ensure proper labeling stacking and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and prepare reports.
- Maintain proper documentation including GRN issue slips return slips etc.
- Coordinate with vendors transporters and site engineers for timely material flow.
- Follow safety and compliance guidelines within the store premises.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials tools and equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel email and basic inventory software.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
