Telecaller / Admission Counselor
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers / Admission Counselors to join our Admissions team. If you are passionate about guiding students and supporting their academic journey wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to student enquiries and admissions.
Provide accurate information about courses eligibility and the admission process.
Maintain lead follow-ups and ensure timely conversions.
Update and manage leads through CRM tools.
Assist in admission campaigns counselling sessions and parent/student support.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
12 years of experience in Telecalling or as an Admission Counsellor (preferably in the education sector).
Experience with NPF (NoPaperForm) Merrito or similar CRM/enquiry management tools will be an added advantage.
Strong communication skills and a student-centric approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced admissions environment.
