What Youll Be Doing

You will be part of the Credit Bureau Services team and will play an instrumental role in continuing to build out the Credit Bureau Centre of this position you will provide key leadership in vendor oversight and will be responsible for actively monitoring and managing the escalation mailbox for critical credit bureau issues on behalf of client care privacy and frontline will be recognized as an expert in credit bureau matters setting up and leading regular governance addition you will collaborate with the vendor and key partners to identify and resolve issues driving positive change and continuously improving processes.

How youll succeed

  • Centre of Excellence Review and interpret information to understand the nature and scope of credit bureau related escalations in a timely manner. Problem solve and tailor responses and actions to fit specific escalation scenarios while adhering to organizational standards.
  • Vendor Governance Play a key leadership role in maintaining the vendor management discipline within the credit bureau domain. You will support and manage regular governance meetings for both external vendor and internal will be viewed as an expert in the vendor relationships and credit bureau knowledge SME. You will actively track postmortem issues and monitor external risk impacts.
  • Perform effective SLA monitoring and reporting Execute vendor service level agreement monitoring to cleanse load analyze and report on various data points to monitor vendor service level agreements.
  • Partnership and Collaboration Passionate about working in diverse teams and using strategic influencing skills to continue to build trusted partnerships with internal departments such as Client Care Privacy Fraud as required and third-party service providers.

  • You can demonstrate experience in Technology - Understanding data flows working with data elements and storage. Vendor Management - Have worked with contracts SLAs or third-party governance. Data Management - Adherence to records and data classification throughout their lifecycle. Risk Management - Experience and understanding of the regulatory landscape is an asset. Strong problem solving communication and decision-making skills. Understanding of credit bureau data is considered an asset
