What Youll Be Doing
You will be part of the Credit Bureau Services team and will play an instrumental role in continuing to build out the Credit Bureau Centre of this position you will provide key leadership in vendor oversight and will be responsible for actively monitoring and managing the escalation mailbox for critical credit bureau issues on behalf of client care privacy and frontline will be recognized as an expert in credit bureau matters setting up and leading regular governance addition you will collaborate with the vendor and key partners to identify and resolve issues driving positive change and continuously improving processes.
