Salary Information
Compensation plans are based on a multi-step progression system. The pay range reflects the entry level and maximum salary potential in the assigned pay grade.

Nature of Work
Thefundamental reason this job exists is to develop and implement a programstrategy for offenders aimed at breaking the recidivism cycle provide fieldsupervision of community corrections offenders perform case management dutiesand assist the Director with administrative functions such as the budgetplanning and policy will include addressing critical needs in offenders lives whileproviding for community safety with community supervision and identifying offenderswho qualify for placement in the Montgomery County Community CorrectionsProgram. The position will receivegeneral instructions and reports to the Community Corrections Director.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Public Administration Criminal Justice or a closely related field and two (2) years of experience in probation case work or other qualifying court-related experience.
NOTE: Must have Certification as a Police Officer by the Alabama Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission (APOSTC).
Special Requirements
Must have a valid Alabama Drivers License.
