The Tri-County Regional Centre for Education (TCRCE) encompasses the three (3) Counties of Shelburne Yarmouth and Digby serving approximately 6100 students in twenty-two (22) schools composed of 13Elementary Schools 6 High Schools 1 Middle School and 2 Elementary/High Schools.

The Tri-County Centre for Education (TCRCE) is recruiting persons with interest to work as a Casual Teacher Assistant (TA) for Yarmouth Town and County Schools. (Please only apply to one workshop - which county you are available to work in)

The TCRCE is offering a FREE two (2) day training/workshop on working as a Teacher Assistant (TA) in the Public School System for Interested persons.

• TENTATIVE DATES: January 26 2026 & January 27 2026 - You must be available to attend both days. (Storm dates 28th / 29th)

• LOCATION: Yarmouth NS- (In Person training) - you will receive an email with details once a decision has been made on your application. (Ensure to check your junk/spam folders).

• TIME: 9am to 3pm each day (lunch will not be provided)
