Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a dynamic and supportive team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse book of business servicing small to large-sized groups in a full-service capacity. Compensation Package
- Salary: $70000 - $85000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance 401(k) plan and more
Responsibilities
- Manage and service an employee benefits book of business ranging from small to large-sized groups
- Provide full-service support to clients including quoting new and renewal business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Life and Health (L&H) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits account management
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus but not mandatory
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills excellent communication attention to detail problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset
- Location: Preference for candidates in the Phoenix area but open to fully remote candidates out of state
