TheOpportunity

Talent Management at Adobe designs company-wide processes that help employees do their best work. Fromsupportinginternal mobility and meaningful feedback conversations toidentifyingand developingsenior leaders.Werelooking for a curious analytical andoperationally-mindedintern who is excited about exploring how AI can improve real employee workflows! This role is focused on workflow innovation: rethinking howtheTalent Management teamworktoday and experimenting with AI-enabled tools to make those experiences smarter simpler and more scalable.

This is a unique chance toresearch test andshape how Adobe usesAI to support feedback conversations guidemanagersand employees and modernize our approach tomanaging talent.Youllcollaborate with technical and insights partners work across teams and help us pilot and scale innovative solutions.

All 2026Adobe interns will be co-locatedhybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team arelocated where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization willdeterminethe frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities.

WhatYoullDo

  • Research and evaluate AI-enabled tools that support internal mobility and opportunity marketplace initiatives following pilot programs to help scale learnings for future rollouts.
  • Review and assess the quality of manager feedback questions including analysis of our home-grown AI feedback agent and recommend improvements.
  • Partnerwith Talent Management HR Techand People Analytics teams toidentifyopportunities to embed AI into TM workflows.
  • Present findings and recommendations to help Adobe modernize its approach to employee feedback and development.

WhatYouNeed toSucceed

  • Currently pursuing aBachelors degree in Business Human Resources Psychology Analytics Operations or a related field with an expected graduation date between December 2026 June 2027.
  • Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindsetyou enjoy asking why testing ideas and improving how work gets done.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to work with data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Interest in AI automation and how emerging technology can improvepeopleprocesses and employee experiences.
  • Comfortable working with tools likeExcelfor basic analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communicationskills and ability to work cross-functionally with partners.
  • Self-starter who can experiment learn independently and bring ideas forward.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
