Job summary:
Responsible for leading production workers and ensuring smooth operations at the assigned workstation. Oversees daily output and quality enforces safety maintains housekeeping standards and performs other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of production worker in assigned workstation or process
- Monitor workstation or process operation to achieve daily production target and quality standard
- Enforce work safety in work area
- Maintain good housekeeping at work area all the time
- Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or vocational qualification in any field of study
- Min. 2 years work experience in food industry
- Knowledge in food processing and food regulation
- Knowledge in HACCP/GMP or other quality management systems
- Proficiencies in MS Office (Excel Word) will be added advantage
- Teamwork and communication skills
