Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of telemarketing executives to achieve sales and customer engagement targets
Conduct coaching performance monitoring and provide guidance to team members
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high-quality service delivery
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
Monitor key metrics and provide regular reports to management
Ensure team compliance with company scripts policies and quality standards
Requirements
Preferably fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); English is required
Previous experience in telemarketing with leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and manage a team in a target-driven environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Willing to work on-site in the PJ office
