Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of telemarketing executives to achieve sales and customer engagement targets
- Conduct coaching performance monitoring and provide guidance to team members
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Monitor key metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure team compliance with company scripts policies and quality standards
Requirements
- English is required
- Previous experience in telemarketing with leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Willing to work on-site in the PJ office
