Required skills and experience:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a sales administration or client support role.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Competence in MS Office (particularly Excel and Word) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities at once.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving mindset.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
You will play a key role in supporting the commercial process by providing timely and accurate quotations managing client communications and ensuring smooth operational coordination between sales delivery and customer service teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail a service mindset and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key activities:
- Prepare and issue accurate client quotations in line with pricing policies and commercial guidelines
- Support the sales team with timely quotation follow-ups ensuring all client queries are addressed effectively
- Maintain quotation logs and track conversions to support sales reporting and forecasting.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries relating to pricing order processing scope of work and delivery timelines
- Liaise proactively with clients to ensure they are informed of progress documentation requirements and next steps
- Support relationship-building by ensuring professional and consistent communication.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Operations Delivery Technical and Customer Support) to schedule work confirm capacity and resolve any issues
- Ensure all necessary documentation and client information are accurately captured and passed to delivery teams
- Log and process client orders in our CRM system
- Maintain accurate client records quotation history and status updates in the CRM system
- Generate reports for sales performance pipeline tracking and quotation metrics as required
- Assist with proposal formatting contract preparation and tender submissions where needed
