Job Opportunity: OB/GYN Hospitalist
Join Our OB/GYN Hospitalist Practice in Elizabethtown KY
We invite board-certified OB/GYN physicians to be part of our expanding OBH services in the beautiful state of Kentucky. Located at a reputable facility our practice offers a supportive environment focusing on evidence-based care and high-quality patient outcomes. This position involves 24/7 in-house coverage ideal for clinicians who excel in team collaboration and patient care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide OB triage admissions inpatient care delivery for unassigned patients and private call coverage.
- Respond to emergencies in labor & delivery antepartum postpartum ER and floor consults for unassigned GYN emergencies.
- Assist with surgical procedures at Cesarean sections.
- Collaborate effectively with Neonatology Nursing and other specialties and departments.
- Maintain ongoing availability for locum shifts.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (REQUIRED)
- Recent OB/GYN clinical experience within the last 12 months (REQUIRED)
- Completion of a Prescreen Questionnaire (REQUIRED)
- CV must be presented in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained (REQUIRED)
- Adherence to the specified rate structure (REQUIRED)
- Preferably possess a Kentucky medical license (or in process) or be eligible for the IMLC compact license.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification (REQUIRED)
- Kentucky license (PREFERRED) or active compact eligible
