Your New Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Intern to join our People & Culture team at WBD Argentina. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will support the Payroll team in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation while learning about local labor regulations and internal HR processes.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Payroll team.
- Support the collection organization and filing of employee documentation related to payroll topics.
- Contribute to special projects within the Payroll team.
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR Finance Legal) to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Assist in audits and reporting activities as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with intermediate English proficiency considered a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and being part of a collaborative team culture.
- ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
