We are searching for an ICT Finance EPM Manager to contribute to the digital transformation of our company.
The role reporting to the ICT Director Finance Treasury Legal Internal Audit & ESG will be responsible for driving the evolution of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platforms supporting financial planning budgeting forecasting consolidation and reporting processes in line with corporate standards and industry best practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the evolution of the of EPM/CPM platforms leveraging Software Vendor updates and innovations to improve processes and system performanceTranslate business requirements into effective functional and technical solutions ensuring architectural consistency and long-term sustainability
- Manage the full application lifecycle including design implementation testing deployment and ongoing support
- Coordinate external vendors ensuring quality compliance with standards and adherence to timelines and budgets
- Optimize existing solutions with a focus on efficiency scalability maintainability and alignment with corporate standards
- Support change management and user enablement promoting adoption through training and communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or similar related field
- 5 years of professional experience in leading EPM/CPM solutions projects with a strong understanding of financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting processes.
Technical Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of of EPM/CPM modules modules (e.g. Planning Financial Consolidation and Close Account Reconciliation Profitability and Cost Management)
- Knowledge of leading platforms (e.g. Oracle EPM Cloud Tagetik SAP BPCS FCCS)
- Experience with integration tools and technologies (e.g. REST APIs data management Smart View)
- Project Management: ability to lead application lifecycle activities including requirements gathering solution design testing deployment and post go-live support
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Quality & Governance: Experience in monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with corporate standards and project timelines
- Proactivity & Innovation: Ability to anticipate business needs and propose innovative solutions leveraging the evolving capabilities of EPM/CPM platforms
- Fluent English.
