Your new role
As the Commercial Excellence Manager at Novo Nordisk you will:

  • Lead sales force performance management by owning designing and managing the sales force Incentive Schemes and pay-out in alignment with the Leadership Team and regional office.
  • Steer sales force effectiveness by providing expertise on portfolio prioritization optimal field force sizing/restructuring sales territory designing & sizing optimal sales resource allocation and quarterly in-market target setting exercise.
  • Drive and orchestrate regular profiling segmenting and targeting (PST) activities in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Lead the analytics and evaluation of sales force effectiveness metrics ensuring high frontline effectiveness and productivity including working in collaboration with Training Manager to design a solid sales coaching plan & high adoption of Big5 capabilities and providing the Leadership Team with regular review on KPI performance tracking and improvement plans.
  • Support high quality in-field execution and ensure the multi/omni-channel customer engagement model is successfully followed and identify opportunities to improve multi/omni-channel planning and execution processes and approaches overall.
  • Keep teams informed on frontline effectiveness progress best practices in multi-channel/digital and associated metrics and outcomes.
  • Develop new insights and meaningful recommendations and influence business partners at all levels to incorporate in decision making.

The Commercial Excellence Manager will be part of the Customer Engagement team reporting to the Customer Engagement Director in Malaysia. Based in Malaysia you will join a collaborative and innovative team devoted to enhancing customer interactions and driving business success. Your skills & qualifications
Were looking for a new Commercial Excellence Manager who will thrive in a high-paced dynamic environment. Youll bring with you:

  • A Masters/BS/BA Degree with specialization in business marketing and/or finance desired with at least 7 - 8 years of relevant experience within Commercial Excellence sales or marketing preferably in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry with exposure to regional stakeholders.
  • Essential to have strong stakeholder communication social leadership and negotiation skill with experienced in leading cross-functional teams/projects.
  • High degree of fluency in spoken and written English required.
  • Outcome-oriented with entrepreneur mindset demonstrated data-driven and analytical capability with the ability to work effectively independently to ensure the deliverable of projects/tasks.
  • Expert level for MS Office suite (Excel PPT) with high level of proficiency in data modelling and simulation.

You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
