Role Sales and CRM BA
Level - Senior
Responsibilities Skills and Expertise -
Act as a trusted advisor in understanding and analysing clients business problem / vision conduct current state assessment with business stakeholders via workshop questionnaire interview etc analyse the collected datapoints / artefacts and provide meaningful insights / recommendations for future state design.
Any of below domain / function expertise are preferred
Sales and CRM B2B / B2C sales strategy sales planning lead & funnel mgmt. field & territory mgmt. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities Sales operating models design business case & transformation roadmap development.
- Design and implement CRM strategies tailored to the insurance sector focusing on customer engagement retention and satisfaction.
- Hands on experience in capturing business requirements for CRM capability implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and IT to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics) and their application in the insurance industry
- Document user stories and acceptance criteria while collaborating with onshore counterpart(s).
- Support test planning test case design test execution along with business stakeholders.
Must have vertical & Industry Experience in Insurance sales / CRM transformation.
