- Oversee daily execution of the R&R Action Plan.
- Prepare payment transfer files obtain necessary approvals and coordinate disbursements
- Ensure timely delivery of entitlements and resolution of grievances.
- Monitor relocation/shifting of PDFs.
- Align R&R activities with MCL R&R Policy LARR Act CBA Act ORRP 2006 and other applicable laws.
- Ensure statutory compliance throughout the resettlement process.
- Liaise with MCL and Government Authorities for approvals and disbursements.
- Engage with landowners PDFs PRI members and community representatives.
- Facilitate smooth land handover and community integration.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless R&R execution.
- Maintain and update the database of affected/displaced persons.
- Prepare regular updates on progress challenges and mitigation strategies
- Ensure accurate documentation of identity land/assets and entitlement status.
- Manage records mapping and MIS for regular reviews both digitized and physical formats
