ROLE OVERVIEW

Lawes are currently partnering with a leading global broker who due to expansion are recruiting for an Account Executive to join their Real Estate team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their career you will have the opportunity to oversee a substantial book of business while contributing to the overall growth strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and managed an inherited book of business with some key leading accounts
Pipeline of warm leads to follow up
Assigned two account handlers to help with workload
Working with large corporate complex business
Develop relationships with key insurers
Maintain an exisiting portfolio
Work closely with senior leadership to drive team performance and business success.
Lead by example inspiring encouraging and personally supporting account handlers in their career development

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Demonstrated experience in managing real estate insurance accounts.
Strong understanding of the London Market and property owner-specific policies.
Ability to manage high-value accounts with a strategic and client-focused approach.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while aligning with broader business objectives.

KEY SKILLS

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong business management and client service skills.
Strategic problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
