TheContent Delivery Associateis responsible forworking with Local Marketing Company Brand Leadership to deploy Production and Creative Services within all the Business Units. The individual in this role must have the ability to effectively partner influence and challenge key stakeholdersin order todrive adoption of and performance of the content production capabilities. The individual must also ensure satisfaction and ongoing continuous improvement of existing business as usual (BAU) production as well as the expansion ofadditionalservices.

- Content Assembly:LeverageAdobe Experience Manager (AEM)to create and publish web content collaborating with designers developers and content creators. Utilize pre-built templates components and themes tomaintainbrand consistency and design standards.
- Content Integration: Integrate text images videos and other multimedia assets into web pagesusing AEMs intuitive interface.Optimizecontent for web delivery and responsive on-page SEO best practices including meta tags and keyword optimization.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM):Uploading and organizing digital assets (images videos documents) within the AEM DAM.Addingrelevant metadata to assets for easy search and retrieval. Managing different versions of assets.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thoroughunittesting and quality checks to ensure the accuracy functionality and performance of web content across different devices and browsers
- Troubleshooting:Identifyand resolve any technical issues related to content rendering layout or functionality within the AEM platform
- Performance Monitoring:Monitorand analyze website performance metrics such as page load times and user engagement and collaborate with the development team to implement improvements
- Stay Current: Stay updated on the latest AEM features best practices and industry trends to continuously enhance the website assembly process
- Responsive Web Design-Responsible for the overall visual and aesthetic aspects of the website.Creae/handle layout typography color scheme and other design elements to ensure the website looks appealing and cohesive across different devices and screen rightCSSmediaqueriesand other techniques to implementthe responsivedesign
Major Responsibilitiesas Content Delivery Associate
- Collaborate directly with localmarketsbrand leadership to drive full adoption of services and capabilities and ensure the delivery of agreed content types volumes and savings.
- Triage all new requests from the local market and assign them to theappropriate resourcewithin the creative studio team
- Ensure that quality and timelines for content delivery are agreed upon andmaintainedwith their markets whilemaintainingan open dialogue on the feedback of services.
- Lead complex internal projects as project manager serving as the link between the local requester and offshore team members/developers.
- Engage collaboratively with the Global Omnichannel Delivery team Marketing Company Stakeholders relevant Market Innovation and Business Excellence teams and potentially Preferred Partner Suppliers on occasion.
- Work with the market to ensure all necessary communications and change management activities are delivered fornew contentsolutions.
- Drive efforts to prioritize work andestablishdelivery schedules that meet client needs and team capacity.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and application of all relevant policies procedures and operational frameworks ensuring compliance with AZ Code of Conduct policies and procedures.
- Leverage reporting andutilizationmetrics to communicate overall adoption of service production andidentifyopportunities for improvement to increase efficiency.
About you
- 4-5 years of domain experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Web Design Digital Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content assemblyand website management
- Proficiencyin HTML CSS3 and basic web development concepts
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and layout
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization is a plus
- Knowledge of JavaScript and other scripting languages is an advantage
- Program management experience including risk mitigation & planning associated with operational or technical delivery.
- Leadership coordination ofresourcesand influence without authority.
